When you walk into Kuukai, your attention is immediately drawn to the fresh sushi ingredients on display. The Japanese owner, the minimalistic oriental but warm design and the Sushiman behind the counter almost guarantee an authentic sushi experience. And yes, an authentic sushi is what you will have in this small restaurant on Plaza Victoria. At lunch time Kuukai offers an interesting lunch formula. The rest of the day you can enjoy Sushi but also Japanese Ceviche or dumplings and have a Sake or Japanese dry beer to acompany your oriental gastronomic delights. Service is friendly and efficient.
