Carpe Diem
Little Peru
Ever tried Aji De Gallina? Ceviche? Papas A La Huacaina? Peru is appreciated for its refined gastronomy and if you haven’t tried Peruvian food on your trip through Latin-America, here is a chance to make up. Carpe Diem is somewhat hidden but only 100 meters away from Plaza Anibal Pinto. They offer a very good value lunch, as well as a refined dinner. Try Lomito salteado (sliced meat, sauted with spicy vegetables and fries – a classic) or Ceviche (slightly marinated seafood or fish), two of our favourites.
