Le Pastis, new French restaurant in Valparaiso
Valparaiso has a new gastronomic experience to offer. Two weeks ago, Le Pastis opened its doors. If you’ve ever drunk a Pastis on a sunny terras in France, you will probably still savour the surprise of the anis flavoured licor. Hopefully, foodies will enjoy and remember Cerro Concepcion’s newest bistro in just that same way, after visiting Valparaiso. Anthony, the chef, worked in several Michelin star-rated restaurants and serves refined French cuisine from his home region Bordeaux. He personally searches and selects exclusive ingredients like Foie Gras to bring you the best French classics. You find Le Pastis on the corner of Calle Abtao with Calle Concepcion on Cerro Concepcion. Lunch: CLP 2.800 or CLP 4.500, average main dish: CLP 7.000.
