Casa Verde Limon

casa-verde-detalle-arbol An old, refreshed house in an interesting neighbourhood with a charming little park in front. That is the setting of Hostel Casa Verde Limon on Cerro Carcel. At the center of the house the owners created a very original patio that looks up to the bright coloured windows of its neighbours. The basic rooms and shared facilities all have their little artistic details to make your stay joyfull and light. You are only a couple of meters from the Old Prison, which has been transformed into a ‘cultural area’, and Valparaiso’s fascinating cemetaries 1 and 2 are just a few steps away. Just 200 meters down from the hostel, you find an interesting part of Valparaiso´s nightlife and the Peruvian restaurant Carpe Diem. If you go for a social experience you will be fine in the rooms that look out on the patio. If you want quieter rooms then ask for the rooms on number 196 (next doors, the same style and comfort level).
