Ambar Martini Lounge could easily be called the trendiest place in town, with its unique concept, modern yet warm and welcoming interior design and contemporary music. The Martini lounge offers a large menu of martinis, long drinks and fizzes, all known to the amateurs as coctails. The drinks’ menu is a combination of classics such as Cosmopolitan or Bloody Marry, and new original tastes, such as a Mango Sour or Gingerpolitan, all whipped up with the greatest care by one of the owners or bartenders trained by him. The other owner is a chef and cooks up an array of tapas with Mediterranean, Mexican, Chilean and Canadian influences. It is the perfect, laid back hang-out for a good drink and snack just before hitting the Porteño nightlife. The place fills up easily, so we recommend reserving a table.
